Paper Peddlers, Inc. (PPI) offers comprehensive service programs for individual transactions.

Fee Schedule:

Transaction Coordination:  $375.00
  • This fee is billed through escrow (unless other arrangements are preferred)
  • If escrow BOM’s, no fee is charged.
  • Listing Package (additional $50.00); All Disclosures are prepared for the agent and seller (s) by us.

Short Sale Service Transaction package: 25% of agent’s commission (see below)

  • Transaction coordination is included

File clean-up/audit/review: $100.00 per file (rushes will be extra)



Service Features:

Web site access pertaining to client transactions: PPI utilizes an online tracking system whereas a transaction can be accessed 24/7 by any client/vendor/customer with a user id and password. Once logged in, the transaction details can be viewed, a document viewed/downloaded or escrow/other information obtained.
Short sale: We assist the client by negotiating directly with the bank(s) for any short sale listing that they have taken.  Our primary goal here is to get an approval in order for the client to sell & close the home.  We take the time consuming part of the short sale out of the client’s hands and allow them to focus on other areas.  



Our Services also include the following standard features:

The management of all necessary paperwork in compliance with state, federal and local real estate broker(s) requirements for the completion of a smooth real estate transaction.
Personalized individual service based around a unique client’s needs.
To open and/or confirm the opening of an escrow
To issue all required disclosures on the seller's side and to follow-up on all required disclosures on the buyer's side
To stay on top of the contingency removal time frames.
To obtain signatures/initials on ALL required forms 
To coordinate activities with the cooperating agent
To facilitate the scheduling of inspections. We will order any type of inspections required for the transaction which include: termite, home, well, roof, septic cert and/or any other necessary inspections
To track all affiliate and vendor support services including: escrow, title, lender, zone disclosure, property tax, termite inspections, property inspections and more as required
To receive, log and file all inspections, reports, documents and disclosures
To fax and/or e-mail inspection and disclosure reports to the client immediately
To organize the client’s transaction file per the checklist for easy review and quality control
Delivery of the completed transaction file directly to the Broker at the close of escrow. (The entire file can be copied onto a CD upon request)
