To receive, log and file all inspections, reports, documents and disclosures |

To fax and/or e-mail inspection and disclosure reports to the client immediately |

To organize the client’s transaction file per the checklist for easy review and quality control |

Delivery of the completed transaction file directly to the Broker at the close of escrow. (The entire file can be copied onto a CD upon request) |
