Paper Peddlers Inc. Agreement

"By viewing and printing PPI's Agreement, the user is agreeing to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, payment of PPI's fee. User agrees, by viewing or printing the Agreement to execute the non-electronic version of PPI's Agreement within 24 hours of viewing and printing the Agreement. User acknowledges reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions of PPI's Agreement and Disclaimer.

In the event the user fails to abide by any of the terms and conditions of PPI's Agreement or Disclaimer, PPI expressly reserves the right to pursue all of its available legal remedies. User, by viewing and/ or printing PPI's Agreement and/or disclaimer agrees to pay PPI's costs of enforcement of the Agreement including actual attorney fees, court costs and expert witness or consultation fees."
