Paper Peddlers Inc. (PPI) was incorporated on February 13, 2004. Our vast and steadily growing client base comprises many different real estate communities located in both Northern and Southern California. PPI has also begun to stretch its sphere of influence and agents from Arizona, Nevada and other states have come on board as valued clients. Paper Peddler’s main headquarters is located in Santa Clarita, California.

PPI's founders, Gwendolyn Hall and Melissa Blaseck, have over 20 years of combined experience in all fields of the real estate market. Having worked in association with multiple top producers, Gwendolyn and Melissa both bring significant experience, common sense, intelligence and insight into the needs and required services of real estate agents. Brad Blaseck, PPI’s third partner and a licensed Real Estate Broker, came from a corporate background and brings extensive operational, financial and sales experience to the team. Gwendolyn, Melissa and Brad are committed to the time honored traditions of integrity, customer satisfaction and quality service and strongly value the notion that "you treat people with respect and courtesy much in the same way you yourself would like to be treated."

Gwendolyn Hall (C.E.O.) As an integral partner that formed a Top Producing Real Estate Sales team within the first year, Gwendolyn Hall was also the driving force that led them to the 34th position with a major real estate icon nationally within only 24 months. That title was maintained for over eight years. Gwendolyn Hall's accomplishments started back in 1995. As a capitalist, a solutionist and a multi-task mongrol, Gwendolyn not only managed the daily real estate transactions and financial side of their business, but she also successfully resolved any problems or issues that would surface in each transaction as well . She designed the creative marketing system that led this team from rags to riches in such a short period of time. Gwendolyn's accomplishments and entrepreneurial spirit led her to the realization that she could do this not only for one realtor, but also for many other realtors that could use her unique talent and expertise as well. Hence,with a strong, insatiable desire to take this concept further, Gwendolyn formed Paper Peddlers, Inc. in 2004. She is now the Chief Executive Officer and is the driving force to this corporation's success.

Melissa Blaseck (C.O.O.) Melissa Blaseck has been in the real estate industry since 1983. Her path into this industry started with Glendale Federal Bank in the Commercial Investment Lending Division. Upon the takeover by a competing bank and the closure of her division, Melissa was highly recruited due to her successes and accomplishments with GFB. She eventually accepted a residential property management position in 1991 with Cushman & Wakefield. In 1994, she was promoted to a commercial property manager and was immediately assigned to manage a 600,000 sq. foot industrial space for a major entertainment icon. Melissa's ability to originate commercial loans and to prepare financial budgets for her clients earned her a well respected and well deserved reputation. In 2004, Melissa worked with a top producing sales team for Realty Executives. It is here that she met and worked with Gwendolyn. Melissa was responsible for handling a myriad of responsibilities which included managing and coordinating approximately 40 escrows a month. As with Gwendolyn, the idea of a full service transaction business evolved at this time and soon, she teamed with Gwendolyn to officially form Paper Peddlers Inc.
