	PPI also offers a unique service to our clients. We provide in-depth training seminars on how to accurately complete the documentation required of our clients for each transaction that they are or will be involved in. This is especially valuable for new real estate agents as well as those agents who might need a refresher course. This preparation will help an agent avoid the consequences of missing signatures, initials, dates and other crucial areas on all real estate documents.
